Wow I just realized that some ppl shop for stationery like some ppl shop for clothes !!

Oh my gosh I just realized that some people shop for stationery like some ppl shop for clothes . I mean honestly dont we take so much time with our clothes just like we do with stationery . I mean you hold up the paper to the light and we think about how it is going to look , will they like the color , the texture ,the ink ? I mean come on seriously I do think we letter writers subconsciously think about thing like that more than people who are non letter writers . Now pen and ink is a whole other matter and that is best left for another day , so maybe soon I will blog about some certain ink , pen or paper I received as a gift who knows from one day to the next what I will choose to blog about . So hang on for the ride I hope it is not too bumpy for you . Oh well take care and be carefull out there among them english .

    Oh, yeah. Paper is one of those things I just can't pass by. I think I'm addicted. ;-)

    Well at least I don't shop for paper *and* clothes. ;) I'm a huge fan of paper and can't pass it by, even before I started writing letters regularly.

    My son brought me a button from the HOW conference that he presented at in June. It is small and blue with white words "Obsessed by Paper." Oh yes, perfect for me. He knew I'd love it. Paper for writing letters, paper for collages, paper for taking up space in my studio, paper paper...oh this reminds me of the song from hair (HAIR!)

    I may be the only person who hates to shop for clothing. Shoe shopping is worse - pure misery.

    Yarn shopping, journal shopping and now stationary shopping are much more enjoyable!
