17 wks from today

Well just to let all of you know that 17 weeks from today I will be moving to columbia south carolina and I cannot wait because low and behold this morning I woke to a blizzard and 6 -8 inches on the ground . The snow has finally slowed down and I am ever so grateful . I pray that 17 weeks moves fast . The next two months I will be busy packing , re arranging and getting stuff thrown out that I no longer want or need and im sure there will be a few trips to the goodwill in my future . Until Im down to the bitter last week i will continue to blog about my adventures getting there and sure hope the weather is alot more tame than it is here in snow country LOL ... My window shelf garden

well now I have a neighbor who loves plants just like me and she has a ton of houseplants which all of us who live in apts love without being able to have an outside garden . I thought I would take some pics and let you all see what I am talking about and any of you who have cuttings or plants that are looking for a new home and you can pack them to send i will take them I have done this before the plants survived the post just fine . You put them in a ziploc bag and with a moist paper towel  and close it and put in the box and send and they do just fine . But anyways here are the pics and hope you all enjoy them.

well just thought I would post these while I was here .. these can all be handmade if you are careful and get some liquid stitch and or some fusing tape either can be used .. I used fusing tape cause I already had it on hand . Here are the pics of my handi work .

okay first one is made from an old tshirt and has a draw string bottom and also added extra matierial at the bottom to strengthen it , 2nd one was made from a pillow case , and the last one was made from an old shirt and then the strap was braided from stripped up long sleeves cut from another shirt .. talk about recycling . Now my next project will be a neck tie bag or purse and I will post a pic of that if I actually go through with it and it comes out good .. if you want directions then pm me or msg me an I will try and supply them . thanks have a wonderful day .

okay did someone misunderstand ???

I think someone misunderstood a post I put up here yesterday .. Im not through with diagnosis yet and the drs are still poking and proding and still am not well . Im now having issues with the thyroid meds im on also so still have to get that under control .. Boy Im really under alot of stress right now due to the fact that I still have not figured out how im going to pay for this blood test the dr wants me to take in five weeks . I have worked the numbers time and time again and still cant seem to make ends meet or not meet whichever the case maybe .. I have been taking my stress meds alot because of the stress of worrying about how in the blue blazes I 'm going to get all this straight and still have my sanity in tact .. The dr is a real pill she always says are you seeing a counselor ??? for what ??? why is it everytime you tell them you are on meds for anxiety and depression they want to tell you , you are crazy and it is all in your head and you make your own pain .. LOL now tell me doc how does your body make its own pain LOL .. no my pain is real and would you like me to show you how real it is by punching you as hard as I can ??? LOL .. im so ready to give up and just say forget you and be done with medical treatment all together .. Have any of you ever felt like this ? I mean this total thing has been going on for almost a year now , a year later and Im still no better and still in paiu yeah okay .. Not a happy camper by any means LOL .

Hi Ladies

Hi all , Im back and forth all this week . I have been diagnosed with scheuermanns disease and degenrative disk disease .. i have to see a genetics dr in october for this also to make sure I dont have connective tissue disease that goes along with this .. i also am going to a ent per the pulmonary dr they want to make sure that my vocal cords are where they are supposed to be so that is not causing a shortage in my air ways ..well end of story so far ..

Im playing catch up here on my blog

I have had so many health problems in the last year that is almost impossible for me to get caught up with anything . The health problems are still not done either . I am still going to drs and this is maddening . Now I have an apt for august 15 for the rhuemotologist to see if I have fibro since no drs have been able to find out why im still having pains in my shoulder and some pain in my hands . I fear this is the begining of fibro and if it is I will deal with it . I just found out on Monday that I have a thyroid problem , yeah I know great on top of everything else this pops up .. and now the constant blood testing for the thyroid will be a pain because it seems like to me everytime you go to a dr that , it always comes out oh your blood does not show us anything . dont you think that i should have had a thyroid blood test before now say maybe 9 - 10 months ago and someone else find this ? Ugh modern medical science seems to me it should be called  a modern guessing game . I for one am tired of being a guinea pig but I want to find out what is wrong with me end of story and get well I have been going through this for a year ...
Now for a little humor to throw in here , I dont know what kind of place this is but could you imagine looking out your window and see this across the street from you ?

okay I just heard that some of my fave tv shows are gone to begin with Harrys Law which I really adored . The gifted man about a dr who saw his deceased wife and also cared about people after seeing his deceased wife . Folks we need some of these feel good shows and im calling for a boycott of nbc because the reason they gave for harrys law being cancelled was the demographic they are interested in is the 18- 49 demographic and now that makes me mad . Dear NBC you are morons !!! We older people stay home and watch tv because we dont feel like going out on the road with a bunch of drunk people going home !!! I for one am sad at the loss of some of these wonderful feel good shows . and as for cbs you are morons as well .there are far more uninteresting shows that got renewed and you have to cancel the gifted man , what morons !!! i am calling for a letter writing campaign for harry s law and the gifted man . we want them back !!! wnat to join me I saw we flood nbc and cbs with emails demanding that they re think these cancelations !!!
