Sadly this statue was struck by lightning last night and it crumbled to the ground and is now destroyed . I hope they rebuild it and I dont know how long that will take or if they will rebuild it . I have just been thinking wow this morning and how much money this must have cost built yrs ago and how much it will cost to replace it . It was made out of concrete or marble I do believe . Im not sure I have only seen it from the road . Oh well to all of those who commented that they love this I will keep you updated .
